Korea’s Moon to visit China for summit with Japan amid Pyongyang tension South Korean President Moon Jae-in will visit China next week for a trilateral summit with Japan amid tension over stalled denuclearization talks between Pyongyang and Washington, Moon’s office said on Tuesday. Moon is scheduled to arrive in China on December 23, one day before the planned trilateral meeting in the southwestern city of Chengdu with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Turkey could send troops to Libya if requested – Erdogan President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday that Turkey could deploy troops in Libya, if the UN-supported government in Tripoli were to request such support. His comment came weeks after Turkey signed security and military cooperation agreements, as well as a controversial maritime border agreement, with Libya’s Tripoli-based government. Finland’s MPs approve world’s youngest PM Marin Finland’s parliament approved the nomination on Tuesday Social Democrat Sanna Marin, 34, as the world’s youngest serving prime minister. Out of the parliament’s 200 members, 99 voted in favor and 70 against her nomination. Thirty deputies were absent.
